 THE CLERK'S OFFICE DOES NOT ACCEPT PROPOSED ORDERS FOR FILING, EXCEPT PROPOSED PARENTING PLANS AND PROPOSED CHILD SUPPORT WORKSHEETS IN FAMILY LAW CASES ONLY.

Monday-

  • 8:30 am - Out of Custody Criminal Law and Motion

  • 1:30 pm - In Custody Criminal Law and Motion

Tuesday-

  •  8:30/9:00 am - Criminal/Civil Jury Trials and/or Non Jury Trials 

  •  9:00 am - Civil Law and Motion

  •  11:00 am - Agreed Orders  

  •  1:30 pm - Paternity every 2nd and 4th week

  •  1:30 pm - Criminal Settlement Calendar  

Wednesday-

  • 9:00 am - Truancy Calendar

  • 1:30 pm - Juvenile Calendar

Thursday-

  • 9:00 am - DV Protection Order Calendar

  • 1:30 pm - Dependency every 1st and 3rd week

Friday-

  • 9:30 am - Adult Drug Court

Bench Copies are encouraged for all motions heard by the Court prior to the hearing (with time standard met by statute) and should be sent to the Superior Court Judicial Assistants and marked Bench Copy with date, time of hearing, and Judge (if information is available) indicated on the copy
