· Antiharassment forms for persons under 18
When you have filled out the petition for protection, law enforcement info form and confidential information form, they will have to be looked at by the Judge and he will have to sign an order or set a hearing before they can be filed in our office. we will attempt to help you best we can with filling out the paperwork
Some antiharassment cases will be filed in District Court, depending on the case and determined by the Judge.
