If you need to request a document from a
file we have, Please fill out our Record Request Form and email it to
Record Dept. or mail it to the county Clerk, Record Dept. All Requests that are in case files that are dated in 2000 or before will be done on Fridays of every week. Keep this in mind when requesting documents. The Research Fee is $20.00 Certified Copy Fee is $5.00 for 1st page, and $1.00 per page after Regular Copy Fee is $.50 per page Records Request Form In PDF Format Click here to E-mail Requests to Records Dept. Requests for Recorded Proceedings/Court Hearings are made to the County Clerk, we have a Request Form to fill out and send back. There is a $25 fee per CD. NOTE: WE DO NOT HANDLE BIRTH, DEATH OR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES. FOR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES PLEASE CONTACT THE AUDITOR'S OFFICE FOR BIRTH AND DEATH CERTIFICATES PLEASE CONTACT THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT.
