If you need to request a document from a file we have, Please fill out our Record Request Form and email it to Record Dept. or mail it to the county Clerk, Record Dept.
The Clerk's office now offers electronic filing through the link below.
All Requests that are in case files that are dated in 2000 or before will be done on Fridays of every week. Keep this in mind when requesting documents.
The Research Fee is $20.00
Certified Copy Fee is $5.00 for 1st page, and $1.00 per page after
Regular Copy Fee is $.50 per page

Requests for Recorded Proceedings/Court Hearings are made to the County Clerk, we have a Request Form to fill out and send back. There is a $25 fee per CD. If you request a CD be mailed to you, there will be an additional $2.00 fee for proper shipping/handling.
NOTE: WE DO NOT HANDLE BIRTH, DEATH OR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES.

The Superior Court case types are as follows:
Case type 1 are Criminal Felony Cases
Case type 2 are Civil Cases
Case type 3 are Domestic Cases
Case type 4 are Probate/ Guardianship cases
Case type 5 are Paternity/ Adoption Cases
Case type 6 are Mental Illness Cases
Case type 7 are Juvenile Dependency / Truancy Cases
Case type 8 are Juvenile Delinquency Cases
Case type 9 are Judgments- these are not hard files, they are Judgment numbers used in and for other cases, in which monetary Judgment is ordered.
