Horticultural Pest Board Marketing Board Tourism Advisory Board Builder's Advisory Board
Control efforts to fight pests and disease in the county horticultural industry. Plans marketing of Okanogan County for generating tourism and economic development. Advise the county commissioners on how to distribute motel/hotel tax money for tourism promotion. Advises the building department director and county commissioners on construction and building codes.
Civil Service Commission Housing Authority LEOFF Board Open Space Advisory Board
Tests sheriff's office deputies and office personnel applicants. Manages HUD housing programs and low income apartments. Hears requests for disability retirements for police and fire fighters. Advises the assessor on determination of open space agricultural land.
Fair Board Public Transportation Board Authority Snowmobile Advisory Board Solid Waste Advisory Board
Manages the annual county fair. Manages public transportation efforts for Okanogan County. Advises the commissioners and public works on managing snowmobile trails and parks. Advises the public works director on management of the county landfill.
Veteran's Relief Board
Provides emergency financial assistance to qualified veterans.
