OKANOGAN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

January 4, 2005

The Okanogan County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on January 4, 2005, with Chairman Mary Lou Peterson, Commissioner Andrew Lampe, Commissioner Don Hover and Brenda Crowell, Clerk of the Board present.

Motion - Voucher Approval - Cmrs.
Vouchers certified and audited by the Auditing Officer as required by RCW 42.24.080 and those expense reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090 have been recorded on a list and made available to the Board. As of this date, the Board did by unanimous vote approve the vouchers in the amount of $2,020.68. (attached)

Update – Various Items - Public Works
Rob McGaughey and staff briefed the Commissioners on various Public Works Issues.

Motion – Consent Agenda – Commissioners
Commissioner Hover moved to approve the consent agenda items 1 -6. with the exception #3 pending additional information.

  2. Approval Interagency Agreement Dept. Corrections – Noah Steward
  3. Renewal Washington Governmental Entity Pool – Tonasket EMS
  4. Appointment Board of Equalization – Fred Noyes
  5. Addendum P1-1 Tugaw pit – Public Works
  6. Right-of-Way Procedures, Appendix 25.142 – Public Works

Resolution 1-2005 – In-county Projects – Commissioners
Commissioner Lampe moved to approve Resolution 1-2005, prioritization of in-county .08 projects. Motion was seconded and carried. (attached)

TEMSD – Tonasket EMS District
Commissioner Lampe moved to recess as the Board of Commissioners and convene as the Tonasket EMS District Board of Directors. Motion was seconded and carried.

Voucher Approval – Emergency Management Service – Tonasket EMS District

Commissioner Hover moved to approve the payroll voucher in the amount of $ 2892.93 for Emergency Management Services. Motion was seconded and carried. (attached)

Commissioner Lampe called for any other business. There was no other business.

Commissioner Hover moved to adjourn as the Tonasket EMS Board of Directors and convene as the Board of County Commissioners. Motion was seconded and carried.

Open Session Resumed and adjourned until 9:00 AM Monday, January 7, 2005.
