develop a list areas of fire areas that need to be protected through the
National Fire Plan program. In the start, community fire plans were being
developed, however, now they want a county wide fire plan developed. The
property is required to be within a mile of Forest Service land. Commissioner
Peterson noted that there are not many areas in the central area that are on the
list. Conconully is not on the list because it has an active rural fire area.
