Discussion – Lien Forclosure – Noxious Weed
Heidi Smith and Anna Lyon

Heidi explained that the Noxious Weed Office has had problems with collecting from a couple of landowners. Enforcement letters and bills were sent to the land owners, however, they are ignoring them. Unless the property owners start to comply and pay for the weed control the county should consider foreclosing on the properties. Heidi explained that to put the properties in foreclosure the Commissioners have to direct the Treasurer to do so. She will draft resolutions for the Board’s consideration next week.
