Motion – Consent Agenda
Commissioner Lampe moved to approve the consent agenda items 1 through 5. Motion was seconded and carried.

5. Authorize Law Enforcement Agreement with Conconully

Public Hearing (cont) – Vacation of a Portion of Gavin Road – Public Works
Commissioner Hover opened the hearing and noted that the hearing has been continued from September 28^th, 2006. At that time, the commissioners had requested that Bob Breshears bring back a set of plans to minimize the road grade situation. Bob using the original design from 1978, and the topography at the site to meet the criteria was a -2% coming off the highway for 30 feet and would put in a vertical curve that extended 50 feet from the shoulder. So, approximately 55 feet or so it will be between 2-3% grade after that it mirrors the existing slope. .There would need about 9 inches of fill. This doesn’t make it worse but marginally better. Put a stopping area that the intersection of the highway. Commissioner Lampe asked about water drainage. Bob said they will work on the water drainage. Commissioner Hover closed the hearing.

Resolution 99-2006 – Vacation Portion of Gavin Road – Public Works
Commissioner Lampe moved to adopt Resolution 99-2006, portion of OCR 4689 Gavin Road as described in the Resolution effective June 26, 2007. Motion was seconded and carried. (attached)

Commissioner Lampe moved to approve the Interlocal Agreement the City of Oroville in substantially the same form as attached to this Agenda Bill and to affix each member of the County Board Of Commissioners signatures there to. Motion was seconded and carried.
