Discussion – Computer Purchasing and Asset Control – Central Services
Mandy Hancock discussed proposed policies for establishing and maintaining computer hardware and software purchases as requested by the Board.

Motion – Consent Agenda - Commissioners
Commissioner Lampe moved to approve the consent agenda items 1-5. Motion was seconded and carried.

1. Approve Commissioners’ Proceedings October 30^th and 31^st, 2006
2. Authorize Resolution 126-2006 Maintenance Department Surplus Truck
3. Authorize Resolution 127-2006 Ben Rouch Reclassification
4. Authorize Settlement & Release Agreement – Murray McCory
5. Authorize Amendment Contract – Bob Gorski

Motion - Voucher Approval - Cmrs.
Vouchers certified and audited by the Auditing Officer as required by RCW 42.24.080 and those expense reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090 have been recorded on a list, and made available to the Board. As of this date, the Board did by unanimous vote approve the vouchers in the amount of $698,720.71 and payroll in the amount of $1,444,612.22 warrant numbers 16955 through 17211.
