It was explained that in 1993 the Commissioners directed Barnett Kalikow to write a letter addressing the road. However, the letter was never written. The road is not the Sines Road that is a county road and so the Commissioners were in error at that time in directing that the road be opened. It was discussed that the road goes to state land, which cannot be closed to the public. The Commissioners asked that a letter be drafted and that a copy be provided to them.
