The Okanogan County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on November 30, 2010, with Chairman, Commissioner Andrew Lampe, Mary Lou Peterson, and Brenda Crowell, Clerk of the Board present. Commissioner Don Hover attending the Wildlife Council in Denver, Co.

Motion - Approve Consent Agenda
Commissioner Peterson moved to approve the consent agenda items 1-12 as presented. Motion was seconded and carried.

Resolution 387-2010 – Budget Transfer – Public Works
Commissioner Peterson moved to approve Resolution 387-2010, budget transfer for Public Works. Motion was seconded and carried.

Motion - Voucher Approval – Commissioners
Vouchers certified and audited by the Auditing Officer as required by RCW 42.24.080 and those expense reimbursement claims certified as required by RCW 42.24.090 have been recorded on a list and made available to the Board. As of this date, the Board did by unanimous vote to approve the Current Expense vouchers in the amount of $26,222.51 . Warrant numbers are cited on the attached blanket voucher lists. (attached)

Update – Public Works
Frank Sautell and Bob Breshears

Frank said that he and Nan reviewed the Public Works budget yesterday. The road crews are out plowing snow. A couple trucks are broke down. Bob Breshears remarked that we should have the environmental completed on the Old 97 highway soon. Public Works will be doing a little bit of reclamation in the spring on the Rat Lake Pit. Commissioner Lampe explained the complaints received yesterday regarding noxious weeds. He asked that there be a log of where, when and what the contractor’s are spraying. Frank said that they already maintain such a log.
