Year-round use

This multi-use facility is currently used over 300 days a year for a variety of events. There are 67 acres and 36 building located on the Okanogan River, nestled in the pristine Okanogan Valley. The facility features 2 equine arenas,  a horse barn with 95 stalls, a track, main grandstands with seating for 1400, yard and stage.

There are 2 RV parks (64 full units and 44 water and electrical units) available April-October. Special rates for large groups.

The Agri-Plex Facility is a 24,000 sq. ft. show/display/stadium with a 6,000 sq. ft. annex containing a USDA kitchen, meeting area and restrooms for year round events.

The Berg Bros. Pavilion, available for weddings, parties, BBQ's and many other events, is a 7,500 sq.ft. covered patio bordered by a lawn and landscaped area with plenty of trees.
