VITAL RECORDS

BIRTH CERTIFICATES - We are connected to the Center for Health Statistics (Vital Records in Olympia) and can issue certified copies of birth certificates (often used for passports, school enrollment, tribal enrollment, Social Security benefits, etc.) for individuals born from 1925 to present.  Birth Certificates are $20.00 per certified copy.

DEATH CERTIFICATES - For approximately 6 weeks after a death that occurred in Okanogan County we can issue certified copies of death certificates (used for title transfers, banks, life insurance policies, etc.) . At the end of that time, the death certificates are forwarded on to the Center for Health Statistics and certified copies must then be obtained from them.  Death Certificates are $20.00 per certified copy.
