Central Landfill Phase 4 Development

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This Contract provides for the development of Phase 4 active landfill area to the north of the existing Phase 2 area and west of the existing Phase 3 area. Phase 4 is approximately six acres. Generally, this requires grading and compacting subgrade, construction of a composite bottom lining system, installation of stormwater ditches and culvert, perimeter road grading, and placement of an overlaying cover soil layer which also functions as a protective layer to the bottom liner system, all in accordance with the contract provisions and specifications and the WSDOT Standard Specifications.

Ellisforde Landfill Wells and Gas Probe Decommissioning

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This contract provides for the decommissioning of one industrial water supply well (facility well), two resource protection wells, and one gas probe for the Okanogan County Ellisforde Landfill.The work performed under this contract shall be the following: hoisting and removal of pumps and liners, electrical demolition, perforation of casing, pressure grouting neat cement, excavation of soil, removal of steel casing and bollards, and grading/restoring the land surface, all in accordance with the contract provisions and specifications and the WSDOT Standard Specifications.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This is a State Funded project that provides for the replacement of a box culvert on Okanogan County Road No. 9221 Salmon Creek Road from MP 2.95- MP 3.10. Work will include removal of existing 10 ft. precast box culvert, construction of new pre-cast 30ft. three-sided concrete structure, guardrail installation, clearing & grubbing, excavation including haul, embankment compaction, crushed surfacing base course, seeding, fertilizing and mulching, project temporary traffic controls, trimming and cleanup, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

This Contract provides for the production of 30,000 tons of ½” Special Crushed Coverstone, 10,000 tons of 1 ¼” Crushed Surfacing Base Course, 15,000 tons of Special Screened Waste Sand produced at the Okanogan Wildlife Council Pit. 30,000 tons of ½” Special Crushed Coverstone, 10,000 tons of Crushed Surfacing Top Course, 20,000 tons of Special Screened Waste Sand, Produced at Gavin Pit location. And the production of 15,000 tons of ½” Special Crushed Coverstone, 7,500 tons of Crushed Surfacing Top Course, 10,000 tons of Special Screened Waste Sand, Produced at Wauconda Pit location; including haul to stockpile, and other work including Site Reclamation, at three pit site locations and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
