Administrative Services Officer
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES OFFICER
The Okanogan County Department of Juvenile and Family Services is now accepting applications for Administrative Services Officer. Starting salary range is $2968-$3,271 per month depending on experience plus benefits including: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, life and disability insurance, 13 paid holidays, sick and annual leave accruals. This position provides administrative and support services within the department and is responsible for court scheduling, written accountings and recording of proceedings, legal document preparation and filing, data entry and support services to other units in the department. •21 years of age or older with legal right to live and work in the U.S.
•Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance
•Ability to successfully complete the conditional employment requirements and pre-employment background checks and testing.
•Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team
•Very good interpersonal/communication skills
•Thorough knowledge of keyboarding, computer skills, and ability to operate office machines
•Ability to obtain certification as a notary public within six months of hire
•Ability to use tact, discretion and courtesy in working with the office personnel and public and interdepartmental contacts
