The Okanogan County Prosecutor’s Office is currently seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Criminal Division. This is a full-time, benefited, non-union, exempt position. Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, employer paid life and disability insurance, retirement, sick and annual leave accruals, 13 paid holidays. Deputy Prosecutors may also be assigned to other divisions of the Prosecutor’s Office depending on experience and staffing needs.

Minimum qualifications include: graduation from an accredited law school, licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association, and a valid Washington State driver’s license.
Starting Salary range is:
Deputy Prosecutor I: $90,864-$110,448 per year.
Deputy Prosecutor II: $100,212-$121,800 per year.
Deputy Prosecutor III: $110,338-$134,172 per year.
DOE plus full benefits and PERS retirement system.
