Want to Be a Fair Vendor?

The Fair Advisory Committee and Okanogan County Commissioners are excited for the 77th Annual Okanogan County Fair in 2024! Our food vendors are such a vital part of the fair and bring so much joy to those who come out to experience all the county fair has to offer.

What You Need to Do:

Step 1: Fill out a Vendor Application and return it to the Fairgrounds Office: 
• Food Vendor Application
• NON-Food Vendor Application

Applications will be reviewed by the Fair Advisory Committee and contracts will be sent out in July.
(please do not send money with application)

Step 2: Sign and return contract with your payment.

Step 3: SEE YOU AT THE FAIR! Your set-up instructions and rules will be included in your contract.
